Abha, Saudi Arabia, King Khalid University has chosen Naseej to develop the Unified Customer Service Center at KKU, which will assist deans and other university officials to fulfill the (ITIL V3) strategies by studying the University's internal procedures and reconfiguring, developing, and applying the latest, most powerful (ITSM) platform. Through ITSM platform Naseej is able to offer a complete range of specialized systems and solutions for the University including a Services Management Systems that will able to achieve coherence and integration between the systems of the Unified Customer Service Center and the regulations already applied in the University's IT systems.
