This project comes in line with initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to develop automated business e-transactions. TVTC endeavors thereby to cope with and adopt the state-of-the-art IT advancements. TVTC also aims to build a unified central database for its colleges and institutes, while providing the concerned decision makers with the necessary analytical reports. In addition, TVTC seeks to improve its internal courses – in terms of performance and efficiency – through automating them based on the best practices adopted by target agencies. In the same line, TVTC focuses on offering interactive e-Services for male and female trainees, administrative staff, and faculty.
The Student Information System "SIS"
offered by Naseej ensures TVTC's smooth transformation into a full e-enterprise. SIS will connect TVTC with students, trainers and faculty in an environment of seamless interaction. It will enable self-services to meet the needs of all stakeholders both quickly and effectively. The new system also connects TVTC with government agencies. Furthermore, it connects TVTC with other agencies – such as the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources Development Fund "HRDF" – to provide training programs designed to qualify Saudi citizens for Suadiziation of the local work force. SIS will connect TVTC with its strategic partners to allow them follow up TVTC's needs electronically. This will – in turn - ease workloads and boost administrative functioning, besides tracking and analyzing partners' performance.
