- Understand customer business goals and define project and ongoing success criteria with clients
- Drive Sales revenue by supporting Naseej Sales Educational Team in all regions.
- Work actively to generate leads, build a healthy pipeline, and support sales on their sales requirement.
- Strong experience in building RFPs, RFIs, custom solutions proposals.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with customers and subject matter experts (internal and/or external) in a consultative role, defining and developing solutions to meet customer requirements
- Results-driven with a sharp customer focus and passion for serving customer needs
- Ability to work well under pressure and with different teams who can be in office or remote.
- Train Sales team on new technologies in eLearning and Talent management
- Bachelor’s degree ( in IT, eLearning )
- Background in eLearning, Talent Management, or Educational Technologies domain.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Functional, presales, and technical implementation for Talent management or Learning management System.
- Strong skills in leadership, problem solving, consensus building, and communication, both written and oral both Arabic and English.
