Under the patronage of Aseers Mayor, Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammad Al Khaleel, the Municipality has launched its interactive online portals in collaboration with Naseej, the Arab worlds leading provider of Knowledge Management Solutions and e-Services. The new internal and external portals will enhance the Municipalitys communication with its customers citizens, residents, tourists, and government and private entities and ensure effective delivery of quality e-services to its audience.
Naseej developed 37 e-services for the new portals. Services designed for individual users enable customers to enquire about bills and applicable fees, apply for building permits and business licenses, submit applications, lodge complaints, offer suggestions, and conduct other transactions, while attaching any necessary files. The new portal also offers a wide range of services to the business sector, including lodging queries relating to land use, health certificates, certified engineering offices, accredited health facilities and public services bureaus. Further, the portal provides a detailed directory for the Aseer region, including a calendar of events, tourist attractions, services, tenders and available investment opportunities.
Naseej has also enabled several interactive services on the internal portal, which serves as a media center for Municipality staff to share information about various activities in the form of circulars and internal notices. The portal also incorporates an e-directory and discussion boards.

Naseejs portal solutions and e-services are streamlined to ensure proper distribution of services to suit audience expectations, and address content generation and publishing to ensure effective control of the publishing cycle and adherence to publishing policies. Naseej provides robust localized technology solutions that better serve and meet the needs of Arabic users.”
