November 6, 2015 As expected, Bibliotheca & 3M Library Systems announced that they have completed the transfer of the assets of 3Ms remaining global Library Systems business, following the purchase of 3M Library Systems in North America. In their press release, Dr. Simon Plankenhorn, bibliothecas newly appointed CEO commented: We are delighted that we have been able to continue the integration today of the former 3M Library Systems business into the new bibliotheca group. Our investors have worked hard to bring this new team together; demonstrating the strong commitment to the library market.
